Are you an outgoing, service-oriented professional who enjoys helping others navigate major life moments like homeownership?
Clearwater Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Lender to join our team in Missoula, Montana. In this role you’ll support members through every step of the home lending process, serving as a trusted resource for information while delivering exceptional service and guidance. You’ll play a key role in helping members achieve their homeownership goals while building strong relationships within the community.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working within precise guidelines while exercising strong judgment and decision-making skills. You’ll collaborate closely with members, real estate professionals, and internal teams.
Position Qualifications:
Ability to work within standardized guidelines.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Have a reliable, team-oriented approach to work.
Knowledge of conventional and government loans.
Knowledge of real estate law and secondary market guidelines.
Proven networking and business development experience.
1+ years of experience in home lending.
