TruPlace, Inc . specializes in professional photographs and interactive floor plan tours. We are seeking an ethusiastic creative to join our growing network! Please review the position responsibilities required for this position and apply today!
nGeneral Responsibilities
nnTravel to and from properties. We bring the work to you and we take care of the scheduling and service.
nProvide onsite real estate style photography and create floorplan scans.
nElectronically transmit work at the end of each workday.
nNo post-production work required or permitted.
n nRequired Qualifications
nnPerform work as needed on a 1099 contract basis. Paid per property.
nHigh School/GED or equivalent work experience.
nPrevious photography experience preferred.
nPrevious experience in a customer service or guest facing role.
nMust have reliable automobile transportation and insurance.
nMust have a smartphone, high-speed internet, and a personal computer.
nMust be reliable, punctual, and capable of following an appointment schedule.
nMust have Full Frame DSLR Camera, FX 16-18mm Wide Angle Lens, and Tripod (3ft-5ft Range of Expansion).
n nDesired Qualifications
nnPrevious real estate photography experience preferred.
nComfortable working and troubleshooting independently.
nTech savvy, and proficient with computers.
nComfortable working at a fast pace while on your feet most of the day.
nPresentable and personable, understanding that customers deserve excellent service.
nHas a positive attitude, good sense of humor, and intellectual curiosity.
nStrong communication skills, organized, and detail oriented.
