Job description
GEA Group in the United States seeks a senior Real Estate Portfolio lead to coordinate NAM and UK property strategies, optimize the portfolio, and drive sustainability programs. The role requires multi-site experience, strong stakeholder management, and a hands-on, executive-facing approach.
You will collaborate across HR, Finance, Legal, EHS, Operations and IT, ensuring timely permits and cost controls while guiding space planning, negotiations, and governance for NAM facilities and warehouses.
