Job description
Mercor is seeking experienced private equity associates to build a financial model from a synthetic deal document pack for a real estate transaction. You will deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas and stated assumptions, and reference sources.
You will peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against a fixed criteria, providing a concise rationale and a completed review scorecard. English fluency is required.
