Job description
Mission Realty Property Management manages one of the fastest-growing single-family rental portfolios in Richmond. We are a tight, tech-forward team: AppFolio-based operations, in-house maintenance, and AI-driven tools that take the busywork off your plate so you can actually manage properties.
$65,000–$70,000 base salary, depending on experience
Performance bonus tied to portfolio growth and lease renewals

Compensation:
$65,000 - $70,000 yearly
Qualifications
2+ years of residential property management experience (single-family or scattered-site strongly preferred)
Active Virginia real estate license, or willingness to obtain one
AppFolio experience is a big plus
Organized, direct communicator who stays calm when a water heater fails on a Friday
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners in your portfolio
Manage the tenant lifecycle: move-ins, renewals, rent collection, delinquency follow-up, move-outs
Coordinate maintenance and turns with our in-house technician and trusted vendors
Conduct inspections and keep owners informed with clear, proactive communication
Work leasing hand-in-hand with our team: showings coordination, application review, lease execution
Keep AppFolio clean and current so the numbers always tell the truth
