Compensation: $120,000 - $250,000 yearly at plan commission
Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with professionalism and care.
Leverage our proven systems and tools to manage leads effectively, converting them into satisfied clients.
Conduct property showings and open houses, providing clients with comprehensive insights and guidance.
Collaborate with our team to develop and execute strategic marketing plans for property listings.
Negotiate offers and contracts, advocating for clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
Stay informed on local real estate market trends, sharing valuable insights with clients and the team.
Participate in weekly coaching sessions and role plays to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge base.
Qualifications: Wisconsin Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one).
Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Desire to grow personally and professionally.
Commitment to creating exceptional client experiences.
