Responsibilities
What You'll Do
• Meet with motivated buyers and sellers and understand their goals
• Convert qualified leads and appointments into clients and closed transactions
• Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-up
• Conduct property showings and open houses
• Manage leads, appointments, and your sales pipeline using CRM
• Deliver a 5-star client experience that drives referrals
• Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team meetings
Qualifications
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a Texas-licensed Real Estate Agent ready to grow their production, increase their income, and build a long-term career.
• Active Texas Real Estate License required
• Full-time commitment to real estate sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills
• Comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
