Real Estate Sales Agent — Production and Coaching EnvironmentCompany: The Shannon Andersen Group Brokerage: Keller Williams of the Treasure Coast Location: Treasure Coast, Florida Position Type: Commission-Based Real Estate Sales Stop Starting Over. Start Producing on Purpose.The Shannon Andersen Group is seeking licensed real estate agents who want to build consistent, predictable, and sustainable real estate businesses. Agents are required to: Execute daily outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups Engage in meaningful real estate conversations every day Host or attend open houses and community events consistently Maintain a clean, accurate CRM with scheduled follow-up activities Nurture past clients to generate repeat and referral business Performance Standard: Daily conversations are non-negotiable. No conversations = no pipeline. Time Management & Structure Your schedule determines your income. Agents are required to: Follow a time-blocked daily schedule Complete income-producing activities before administrative work Attend scheduled meetings with their Business Consultant Complete a weekly planning and performance review Protect prospecting and follow-up time from unnecessary distractions Performance Standard: If it is not scheduled, it does not exist.If the schedule is not followed, the system does not work.
