Full-Time Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent (Buyers + Sellers) We are looking for full-time, fully licensed Real Estate Sales Agents who are driven, accountable, and ready to build a consistent, high-producing business. This is not a role for those “getting licensed” or exploring real estate part-time—we are seeking agents who are already licensed in Florida and committed to treating this as a full-time career. Consistent Lead Flow: Leads distributed directly to our agents every month Live inbound calls from Realtor.com, Homelight, Google, Zillow Showcase, listing signage, and more Full CRM with AI-powered follow-up to ensure no opportunity is missed Listing & Transaction Support: In-house Listing Coordinator to manage listings from start to finish In-house Transaction Coordinator to handle contracts through closing Production & Marketing Support: Professional listing photography and drone services Signs, riders, and marketing materials Zillow Showcase, 3D tours, and walkthrough videos Social media and post-closing marketing COMPENSATION 100% commission-based with high earning potential, backed by a steady flow of leads and full operational support. Responsibilities: Conduct both buyer and seller consultations, with a strong focus on converting and securing listingsFollow up consistently with leads to convert opportunities into active clientsManage transactions from consultation to close with a high level of professionalismStay informed on local market trends and position yourself as a trusted expert Qualifications: Active Florida Real Estate License (required — fully licensed, not in process)Full-time availability Located in Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, or Polk CountyStrong communication and follow-up skills — you understand speed wins dealsSelf-motivated and performance-drivenFocused on building a sustainable, listing-based business—not just “getting started” Compensation: $81,500 - $115,500+ 100% Commission
