Responsibilities: • • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions. • Conduct property showings and guide clients through the buying or selling process with confidence. • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for listings. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends to provide clients with accurate and insightful advice. • Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth process. • Participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously improve your skills and stay ahead in the industry. • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Qualifications: • • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients, ensuring a positive experience for all. • Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and success. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions and client interactions simultaneously. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate technologies and market trends. • Ability to work independently and take initiative, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge. Compensation: $112,000 - $197,500 yearly
