Real Estate Sales Associate - Charlotte Park, Florida
No license required - we train you. Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty is hiring Real Estate Sales Associates to help buyers and sellers navigate the local housing market. Earn commission on every home you sell with unlimited income potential and a flexible schedule.
What does a Real Estate Sales Associate do?
As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you represent home buyers searching for their perfect property and sellers looking to get top dollar. You guide both sides from first conversation through a successful closing, building relationships that generate referrals and repeat home sale business for years to come.
Work with home buyers to identify the right properties and neighborhoods for their needs
List and market residential properties to attract qualified buyers quickly
Host showings, open houses, and walkthroughs that help buyers connect with a home
Present and negotiate purchase offers to protect your clients' interests
Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork through to closing
Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat home sale business
No prior real estate experience required - we provide complete residential sales training.
What are the requirements?
The requirements are straightforward.
Be 18 years or older
Willing to obtain a Florida real estate salesperson license (we'll guide you through every step)
Complete Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty residential sales training - fully provided at no cost to you

Hours/Week: 30 to 50 hours - build your own schedule around home showings and client needs
Pay: $50,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
