Responsibilities
What You'll Do
• Meet with qualified homebuyers and understand their goals
• Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
• Help buyers find homes and prepare offers and contracts
• Guide clients from consultation through closing
• Manage leads and follow-up using CRM and sales systems
• Deliver an exceptional client experience
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
Qualifications
Who We're Looking For
• Active North Carolina Real Estate License required
• Passionate about helping homebuyers
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Responsive with consistent lead follow-up
• Coachable, accountable, and team-oriented
• Professional and client-focused
• Motivated to grow production and build a long-term real estate career
