Are you the kind of person who can walk into a room and inspire Agents, teach at a high level, and still close business? We are looking for a high-energy real estate leader to help build and lead a growing Office culture focused on production, recruiting, coaching, and long-term success. This is NOT an administrative office manager position.
This is a leadership opportunity for someone who :
Knows Real Estate inside and out
Loves helping Agents grow
Can recruit and attract talent
Has the presence to lead meetings and trainings
Understands sales psychology and accountability
