Responsibilities: • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Work directly with pre-qualified homebuyers from initial consultation through closingIdentify client needs and match them with suitable propertiesMaintain consistent communication using CRM systems and follow-up processesConvert buyer appointments into closed transactionsDeliver an exceptional client experience that encourages referrals and repeat businessConduct and participate in open houses to engage prospective buyersManage pipeline, appointments, and daily scheduling efficientlyParticipate in weekly coaching, training, and team meetings Qualifications: • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Technology driven • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred Ideal candidates will have: An active Georgia Real Estate License (required)Full-time commitment to real estate sales and productionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organization and follow-up disciplineComfort using CRM systems and digital toolsA coachable, motivated, and results-oriented mindsetA positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
