Real Estate Salesperson - Elkton, Florida
No license required - we train you. Coldwell Banker Premier Properties is hiring Real Estate Salespeople to help buyers and sellers navigate the local housing market. Earn commission on every home you sell with unlimited income potential and a flexible schedule.
What does a Real Estate Salesperson do?
As a Real Estate Salesperson, you represent home buyers searching for their perfect property and sellers looking to get top dollar. You guide both sides from first conversation through a successful closing, building relationships that generate referrals and repeat home sale business for years to come.
Work with home buyers to identify the right properties and neighborhoods for their needs
List and market residential properties to attract qualified buyers quickly
Host showings, open houses, and walkthroughs that help buyers connect with a home
Present and negotiate purchase offers to protect your clients' interests
Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork through to closing
Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat home sale business
No prior real estate experience required - we provide complete residential sales training.
What are the requirements?
The requirements are straightforward.
Be 18 years or older
Willing to obtain a Florida real estate salesperson license (we'll guide you through every step)
Complete Coldwell Banker Premier Properties residential sales training - fully provided at no cost to you
If you're personable, driven, and willing to learn, we'll handle the rest.

Pay: $50,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
