Responsibilities: • What You’ll Do Consult with buyers and sellers to understand their goals and guide them through the transaction Follow proven lead follow-up and sales systems to build and manage your pipeline Manage real estate transactions from consultation through closing Host monthly open houses and engage with prospective clients Deliver exceptional customer service that drives referrals and repeat business Use CRM and calendar technology to manage leads, follow-up, and daily activities Participate in our Sales Training Academy , coaching, and weekly team meetings Qualifications: • What We’re Looking For Licensed Real Estate Agent or actively pursuing a real estate license Full-time commitment to building your real estate career and serving clients Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and excellent time management Coachable, goal-oriented, and committed to continuous growth Sales experience is a plus, but attitude, work ethic, and coachability matter most Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
