Qualifications: • • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with ease. • Proven track record of being dependable and showing up consistently. • Ability to navigate and guide clients through the home buying process confidently. • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members. • Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player. • Proficiency in using real estate systems and tools to maintain daily momentum is beneficial, but not mandatory.
