MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes. You’ll be supported every step of the way with proven training, outstanding support, marketing staff, and competitive commission compensation for your hard work. Responsibilities: • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service Lead generation Converting showings into sales Lead follow-up Close sales Sales scripts Set appointments Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision Real estate license required Commission opportunity Great communication Sales experience Compensation: $135,000 at plan
