The Ricci Team is seeking an enthusiastic, licensed Showing Partner to join our collaborative, performance-driven real estate team. This role provides valuable hands-on experience, ongoing professional growth, and the opportunity to develop your career alongside seasoned industry professionals.

Responsibilities
Complete all required onboarding and training while pursuing continuous growth in real estate knowledge and skills.
Arrange and conduct property tours, delivering a polished and informed experience for every client.
Submit prompt, thorough feedback after showings to help sharpen and adjust clients' search preferences.
Work with the lead sales agent and clients to develop, prepare, and negotiate purchase offers.
Allocate a minimum of 10 hours each week to prospecting and lead-generation efforts.
Take part in weekly script rehearsals, coaching, team training, and Partner Calls.
Support team meetings, events, and activities in alignment with established team expectations.
