Depending on qualifications and local opportunities, Team Leaders may help:
• Recruit and develop real estate professionals
• Build a local team
• Mentor and support agents
• Develop local business opportunities
• Participate in recruiting and marketing initiatives
• Identify opportunities for market growth
• Build relationships within the local real estate community
• Leverage technology, training and AI-supported business systems
This is an opportunity for professionals who want to think beyond their next transaction and
explore production, leadership and organizational growth.
