Job description
Gulfstream Staffing has been retained by an Award-Winning South Florida Law Firm that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a Real Estate Title Closer role in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
The Real Estate Closer will manage all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing closing documents, coordinating all parties involved, and ensuring transactions are completed accurately and in accordance with contractual requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of title insurance and real estate closing procedures, along with proficiency in Landtech and other closing software platforms .
Duties:
Manage real estate files from contract through closing
Prepare and review closing documents
Coordinate closings with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys
Review title documents and help clear title issues
Prepare settlement statements and closing figures
Schedule closings and keep all parties updated
Handle funding, disbursements, and post-closing paperwork
Qualifications Previous experience as a Real Estate Closer, Title Closer, or Title Processor/Closer
Experience with Florida residential real estate closings
Knowledge of title insurance and closing procedures
Experience with Landtech preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple closings at once
Commercial closing experience is a plus
