Job description
East West Bank is seeking a Real Estate Evaluation Analyst for its Appraisal team in Monterey Park, CA. The role involves independent review of real estate appraisals to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality evaluations for commercial and residential properties.
The analyst will prepare evaluation reports, support the Residential Mortgage Team, and produce monthly/quarterly QC reports, while analyzing market trends and maintaining strong stakeholder communications.
