Warehouse LeadWe have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, energetic, and eager Warehouse Lead in Boston!We have a passion for hospitality culinary delights on every elevated floor and in the sky. With our three business segments, Airline Catering, International Event Catering, Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels, we offer gourmet entertainment all over the world. We operate in 33 locations, 12 countries and 3 Continents, maintaining the highest standard of quality in both our products and services. We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly – sometimes beyond our own expectations.Responsibilities:Manage, receive, and load all local purchasing deliveries and ensure items delivered match as per invoice and delivery order. Collect shipments, handle documentation, and organize shipments in the facility.Manage monthly inventories according to schedule and monitor stock levels in order to detect material reaching low stock and request cabin load of material and inform the concerned parties regarding changes, material shortages, excess and any deviations, etc.Ability to work with heavy workload and stand for a prolonged period with ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as neededAbility to drive a sit-down or stand-up forklift and operate an electric pallet jackWork in a fast-paced environment with excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skillsComplete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines and substantial workloadOutstanding and transparent communication skillsCapable to work independently and in a team environmentDedication and attention to detail with regards to customer serviceFlexible to work (different shifts –days, nights, weekends, holidays)Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environmentHands-on approach and ability to react with a sense of urgencySolution seeker and effective decision makerQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a logistics/warehouseMust have High school diploma or GEDRequired Forklift CertifiedRequired Valid Driver's LicenseProficient computer skills (Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)What We Offer:Competitive Pay: $21.00- $24.00Daily Complimentary Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).FT employees are eligible for 401K and medical benefits: medical, dental, and vision.An organization dedicated to fostering innovation; in pursuit of cultivating creativity, embracing new ideas and leveraging our impeccable standard for hospitality.Genuine career development opportunities, both nationally and internationally.The chance to collaborate and represent a leading force in the luxury global gourmet entertainment industry by attending world-class events.DO & CO provides equal employment opportunities.
