You'll be:Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming materials and shipmentsVerifying materials against purchase orders and packing slipsEntering accurate receiving transactions into ERP/inventory management systemsLabeling, identifying, and routing materials to appropriate locationsCoordinating with Purchasing and Quality teams to resolve discrepanciesMaintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and auditsOrganizing warehouse storage and ensuring proper material handlingOperating material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safelyPreparing documentation and maintaining records related to receiving activitiesSupporting shipping, inventory control, and general warehouse operationsAdhering to company safety, quality, and housekeeping standardsThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a high school diploma or equivalentPossess 2+ years of experience in receiving, warehouse, inventory control, or materials managementAre familiar with ERP systems, inventory software, and barcode scanning equipmentCan read shipping documentation, packing slips, and purchase ordersAre proficient with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelHave strong organizational skills and attention to detailAre able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the dayPreferably have forklift certification or previous forklift experienceHave experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems (preferred)Understand inventory control and materials management processesDemonstrate strong communication skills and can work cross-functionallyAre dependable, safety-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
