Receiving and Shipping ClerkAre you an organized logistics professional with experience managing inbound and outbound shipments in a regulated warehouse environment? Do you enjoy maintaining accuracy and supporting customer service operations? If so, this role offers a valuable opportunity with Serco North America. In this role, you will process incoming and outgoing shipments, verify documentation, prepare delivery paperwork, and ensure materials are accurately received and shipped. Your attention to detail will support timely distribution and accountability of Government property. In This Role You WillReceive and inspect inbound shipments.Prepare outbound shipments and documentation.Maintain shipping and receiving records.Support customer deliveries.To Be Successful in This Role, You Will HaveHigh School Diploma or GED.Minimum two (2) years of receiving or shipping experience.Valid driver's license.Preferred QualificationsExperience with government receiving operations.Familiarity with hazardous and controlled material handling.Valid forklift license (4K-6K and stand-up forklifts) or ability to obtain.Valid driver's license and ability to operate approved delivery vehicles.A current OSHA certification or willing to obtain.Successful background checks include fingerprint checks and drug screenings.Have the ability to work on-site daily Monday through Friday while meeting our customers' requirements at the Cheatham Annex, located near Williamsburg, VirginiaExcellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation.Military Veterans and Spouses are encouraged to apply!
