Receiving CoordinatorHiring a Receiving Coordinator for a manufacturing company in Alameda that specializes in making tools that help measure and monitor power quality!Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, identify, organize, and stock incoming materialsVerify quantities, part numbers, revisions, and supporting documentationPerform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory recordsConduct visual inspections of incoming materials and production componentsEnter and track inventory transactions within inventory management systemsUtilize barcode scanners, hand tools, and other warehouse equipmentQualifications2+ years of experience in receiving, warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing environmentsExperience working with packing lists, inventory records, and documentation processesFamiliarity with barcode scanners and warehouse equipmentBasic computer and Microsoft Office skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience within medical device, electronics, technology, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferredKnowledge of MRP/ERP systems, 5S, and Kanban methodologies is a plusLogistics8:30 AM to 5:30 PM$25/hrJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alameda, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
