Through consistency, hard work, and a commitment to improvement, they built lasting careers with our company.If you are looking for an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a stable, growing organization, this is a great place to start.As a Receiving Associate, you will:Unload product from delivery truckReceive materials and components into shop management softwareMonitor receiving requirements via shop management softwareMaintain inventory in an organized manner and perform cycle counts per system requirementsOperating a forklift safely and efficiently and being able to handle heavy and awkward loadsPhysically sorting through various products in order to remove defective materialMaintains a clean work area, free from debris on warehouse floorAssists in other areas as neededWhat you'll bring:High School diploma or GED preferred1 – 2 years related experienceBasic math and organization skillsAbility to lift and carry 75 lbs. or moreDetail-oriented mindsetStrong data entry and computer skillsForklift certification and experience with pallet jacks requiredAbility to work on feet for long hoursTeam Player and willingness to help in other areasExcellent communication skillsUnderstanding of safety protocols and requirementsWhat You Can Expect:Starting pay from $20 per hourA stable, 35-year-old family business with strong valuesClear opportunities for career growth and advancementA culture grounded in integrity and continuous improvementThe chance to be part of a fantastic team that takes pride in excellent workThis is a hands-on role in a warehouse environment requiring standing, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and working around machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
