Job description
Receiving AssociateOur dedicated Logistic Operations team performs an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from automated and manual stock locations, and sorting and packing orders. Our Receiving team handles inspecting, receiving, and processing stock while ensuring order accuracy. They provide product info, slot new items, and offer technical support to keep everything running smoothly. The position of Receiving Associate will accurately inspect and count various types of merchandise, promptly identifying defects and errors, all while aligning with departmental objectives. Additionally, the Receiving Associate will support the Fulfillment & Distribution departments by handling secondary tasks such as checking, filling, scanning, and sorting orders as needed.Key Responsibilities:Ensure precise and efficient order filling and verification to uphold quality standardsOperate machinery for scanning, sorting, and inducting ordersConduct daily cycle counts accuratelyIdentify pieces and correct quantitiesUtilize Oracle, Microsoft Word, and Excel for work tasksGain familiarity with jewelry products and uphold a clean and efficient workspaceBasic Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAccurate, efficient, and organized work styleAbility to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced environmentComputer literacy, including the use of calculatorsDemonstrated proficiency in tasks requiring manual dexterity and close-range detail observationSelf-motivated and able to work independently or on a teamPreferred Qualifications:Experience with the Mettler ScalePhysical Requirements:Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs
