Job description
Materials Receiving & Cycle CountingThis role will assist in managing materials and electronic components within a dynamic environment. You will utilize materials management software, such as Rozetta and ProTracker, to efficiently handle inventory, prepare production kits, and maintain accurate records. Your responsibilities will also include processing specialized materials and ensuring organizational standards are met.ResponsibilitiesOperate materials management software, including Rozetta and ProTracker.Identify, locate, and handle electronic components and materials.Prepare production kits, including through hole kits, Hand Adds, Mech, Cables, and SMT.Perform inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and quantity adjustments.Process specialized materials, such as ROHS, ITAR, MSD, PCB panels, and ESD components.Follow documentation, including travelers, BOMs, work instructions, and procedures.Use measurement tools, scales, reel counters, and label printers.Identify and process scrap, NCM, and material discrepancies.Maintain organization of materials in correct locations.Operate hand-trucks or pallet jacks as needed for material movement.Essential SkillsPackaging and labeling expertise.Experience in warehouse production.Knowledge of cycle counting and inventory control.Proficiency in data entry and warehouse experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsNo prior experience required – comprehensive training provided.High school diploma or GED preferred.Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and procedure manuals.Basic mathematical skills with ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Computer savvy with willingness to learn ERP software.Ability to follow detailed written instructions.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently.Ability to work well in a team environment.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Why Work Here?This company invests in their employees' long-term growth and offers opportunities for internal promotions. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
