In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together.Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home!About the role:As a Receiving Clerk at our Kinston Dishwasher Plant, you will support efficient material flow and inventory control by maintaining accurate receiving records, inventory transactions, and shipment documentation for the Receiving department.What you'll do:You will coordinate receiving priorities and carrier activity while keeping shipment and inventory information accurate and up to date. You will investigate discrepancies, perform audits and recounts, and partner with the team to support safe, organized, and reliable receiving operations. Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a self-starting approach will help you succeed in this role.In detail, you will:Create, collect, copy, distribute, and file documents and reports for the Receiving department.Maintain shipment, receipt, and inventory computer files, including data entry, correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and audits to protect data integrity.Conduct physical audits, recounts, and bin aisle audits to support accurate receiving documents and inventory records.Contact carriers to schedule trailer pickups and outbound shipments from the Receiving department.Collect, maintain, and communicate daily receiving priorities.Follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean and organized work area in support of 5S, and apply applicable EMS and ISO 9001/14001/50001/Green Spirit requirements.Serve as backup to the Service Clerk and perform other duties assigned by leadership.Who you are / Your qualifications:High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience or training.Basic reading, writing, math, printing/scanning, and computer skills.Computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and MAPICS systems.Ability to read, write, and understand English.Ability to meet the light physical demands of the role, including repeatedly lifting up to 25 lbs. and wearing required PPE.Where you'll be:You will be based at the Kinston Dishwasher Plant in Kinston, North Carolina, working in a normal manufacturing environment.
