Receiving ClerkAre you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are looking for a Receiving Clerk to help ensure incoming materials are accurately received, inspected, organized, and maintained to support our manufacturing operations.What You'll DoAs a Receiving Clerk, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring materials are properly received and distributed throughout the facility. Responsibilities include:Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against receiving documentation.Inspect shipments for accuracy and damage, and coordinate resolution of discrepancies.Properly identify, tag, and store raw materials and supplies.Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and warehouse organization.Update inventory records and out-of-stock reports.Follow up on receiving and invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.Sort and distribute incoming deliveries such as UPS and FedEx packages.Deliver materials and shipments throughout the facility as needed.Pull and prepare sample requests.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.Order and maintain factory supply inventory levels.Communicate relevant warehouse and inventory information to appropriate departments.Operate forklifts safely and maintain certification.Support quality, environmental, and safety programs throughout the facility.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory control, or material handling experience preferred.Ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift and obtain certification.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to enter and maintain information in inventory management systems.Ability to read and understand job tickets, shipping documents, and receiving paperwork.Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and teamwork.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Who is Serigraph?Serigraph has over 70 years of experience in printing, advanced decorating technologies and graphic solutions for the automotive, appliance, consumer, medical, power sports, and point-of-purchase markets.
