A philanthropic endeavor that truly embodies our corporate mission.Summary: The Receiving Coordinator processes incoming products, monitors communications, responds to inquiries, and unloads containers and trailers while adhering to productivity, quality, safety, and attendance standards.Pay: $17.00 per hourPrimary Responsibilities:Systematically input confirmed inbound shipments into receiving logMonitor emails and ensure inquiries are addressed in a timely mannerInspect, count, and verify received items against WMS inbound shipment detailsCoordinate deliveries to/from Value Added Services (VAS)Document customer inquiries, comments, complaints, and interactions, taking appropriate action and escalating unresolved issues as neededInspect inbound freight and documentation during unloading and check incoming trailers for safety and complianceSort and palletize products based on system dimensionsOperate CubiScan equipment to collect dimensional weight data for shipping, warehousing, receiving, distribution, and freight manifestingOperate a sit-down/reach forklift safely and maintain daily inspection recordsOperate an RF scanner receiving, parcel picking and shipping, and general warehousingSupport order fulfillment and warehouse operations through inventory transactions, cycle counting, picking, and packing as needed.Knowledge Skills and Abilities:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience preferred (Receiving and unloading)Basic knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and WMSAbility to read and comprehend verbal and written safety and quality instructions in EnglishFlexible availability for day, evening, or night shifts, including short-notice overtime.Strong attention to detailAbility to either stand or sit for extended periodsAbility to bend, push, pull, reach, grab, turn, twist, and/or stoopAbility to grab small parts or hand tools with handsPhysical Requirements:Vision and depth perception suitable for use of utilizing machinery and/or a computerManual dexterity suitable for use of utilizing machinery and/or a computerSufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes which permits the employee to work in a warehouseThe employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10-50 lbs.Ability to sit and stand up to 70% of the time comfortably, with or without reasonable accommodationWorking Conditions:Must be comfortable working in a distribution centerThe working area is primarily in a warehouse environment located around heavy equipment such as a forklift or pallet operatorWillingness to wear masks, safety shoes, and safety vestWorking temperatures may vary from hot, cold, humid, wet or dryWorking hours may be extended and weekends may be required in order to meet business needsDisclaimer: The above statements reflect the general details considered necessary to decide the principal functions of the job identified and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all work requirements that may be inherent in the job.
