As a Receiving Office Supervisor, you will serve as a working supervisor responsible for overseeing daily office operations while providing guidance and support to clerks on shift. You will act as the primary point of contact for the team, helping drive efficient workflows, accuracy in documentation, and continuous skill development within the department.Key Job Responsibilities:Supervise and support clerks on shift, delegating daily work and monitoring performanceReview and enter manifest data, ensuring accuracy of DOT descriptions and RCRA waste codesCoordinate with Customer Service and Operations to resolve discrepancies and maintain workflowGenerate waste labels, barcode bulk loads, and prepare rejection manifests as neededMaintain organized shipment documentation and upload manifests to the EPA E-Manifest systemSign manifest paperwork to facilitate truck releases and distribute required copiesMonitor office supply inventory and support continuous process improvementsDo you have what it takes?High school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong data entry and systems proficiency with a focus on accuracyPrevious supervisory experience preferredWorking knowledge of DOT regulations preferredStrong attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionBasic mathematical skillsAbility to read, understand, and apply SOPs and operational documentsSAP experience a plusAbility to work the assigned schedule and work on-siteAbility to read, write, and understand EnglishWhat's in for you?
