ReceptionOxford, MS 38655DescriptionReceptionist – The Receptionist will be responsible for performing clerical tasks within the office to support daily business operations.Essential DutiesAnswering and transferring inbound calls, while demonstrating professional phone etiquette and HIPAA complianceProperly noting the account and delegating tasks to the correct departmentPerforming clerical office dutiesRetrieving incoming mail from local post officeSorting and scanning incoming mail to accounts.Ensuring office is neat and organizedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDStrong knowledge of computer skills and typingIntermediate knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft TeamsEffective and clear communicationDependable and detailed individual with organizational skillsRecommended 1 to 2 years' experience in administrative and/or telephone communicationsLegal clerical experience is preferred
