Our service department delivers on this promise every day, and we are seeking a polished and proactive individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Appointment Coordinator.In this dynamic role, you will be the first voice of our luxury service department. You’ll manage a high volume of inbound calls, coordinate appointment scheduling, and also make outbound calls to promote additional business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love talking to people, and are committed to excellence in every interaction, we want to hear from you.Monday: 10:00–6:00 Tuesday: 9:00–6:00 Wednesday: 9:00–6:00 Thursday: 9:00–6:00 Friday: OFF Saturday: 8:00–4:00 Sunday: OFFKey ResponsibilitiesAnswer and manage a high volume of inbound service calls with professionalism and careSchedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments using dealership CRM/DMS toolsMake outbound calls to past and prospective clients to: Remind them of upcoming or overdue maintenanceInform them of current recalls and current service promotionsRe-engage lost or inactive customersCommunicate clearly with service staff and clients to maintain accurate expectationsMaintain organized records of client contact and appointments.Deliver an elevated customer service experience aligned with the Lincoln brandQualificationsExperience in a receptionist, customer service, or call center role (automotive or luxury service experience preferred)Comfortable making outbound calls to generate and retain service businessExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPolished, professional demeanor with a client-first attitudeAble to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with dealership software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) is a plusWhy Work With Us?Represent a prestigious "Lincoln Presidents Award" winning dealershipWork in a supportive, team-oriented environmentEnjoy opportunities for professional development and growthCompetitive pay, benefits, and employee discountsBe part of a culture that values integrity, hospitality, and customer satisfaction
