Job description
ReceptionistServes as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, customers, and vendors while providing professional front-desk and administrative support. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, coordinating meetings, managing mail and deliveries, maintaining office organization, and assisting with general administrative tasks while following company confidentiality, security, and compliance procedures.Key Responsibilities:Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive.Keep an eye on security and telecommunications systems.Answer visitors' questions, calls, and emails, and provide them with the relevant information.Maintain visitor, employee, and department directories and logs.Follow security procedures, such as monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges.Organize the reception area while complying with office procedures, rules, and regulations.Arrange meetings, schedules, and travel accommodations for senior staff.Responsible for monitoring/ordering office and breakroom supplies.Sign for deliveries and ensure all mail and packages are distributed accordingly.Create and process expense reportsCreate Requisitions and Purchase Orders for Accounts PayableOrder meals for meetings & eventsOther duties as assignedMinimum Basic Qualifications:High School DiplomaIn office 5 days a week1+ year of receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Professional and courteous demeanor.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a professional office environment.Strong attention to detail and reliability.Lift, carry, pull up to 25 pounds.Stand or sit for extended periods of time.Travel Requirements:Less than 5%Desired Characteristics:Works well with others and can multitaskProactive and willing to take initiative.Strong customer service mindset.Comfortable working with employees at all levels of the organization.Adaptable and able to handle changing priorities.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Familiarity with a regulated or medical-device environment is a plus.DO NOT DELETE FROM THIS SECTION - Currently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future.
