ReceptionistA growing organization is seeking a Receptionist to support daily office operations, customer communications, and administrative processes. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for incoming calls and emails while assisting with document management, filing, and clerical support.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.Take accurate messages and provide professional customer service.Respond to emails and perform follow-up communications.Maintain organized filing systems and records.Process and organize paperwork and documentation.Assist with administrative and clerical duties as needed.Support office staff with various operational tasks.Ensure records are accurate and up to date.Essential SkillsExperience in administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support roles.Strong communication skills.Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Professional and dependable work ethic.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior experience in a similar role is preferred.Strong interpersonal skills.Professional phone etiquette and email correspondence.Work EnvironmentWork on-site 40 hours per week. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
