Receptionist - CashierMullinax Ford is looking for a personable, hard-working team member who is self-motivated, detail oriented, and effectively prioritizes tasks to join our multi-store enterprise. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required. Prior dealership experience also preferred but not required.Schedule: Will vary, no nights, some weekends.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Answering multi-line phone system, receive and re-direct phone callsGreets all clients, vendors and other customers in professional mannerAsserts a professional level of phone etiquette and utilizes Company's phone scripting appropriatelyCashiering of parts and service customersComputerized transactions including receipting of sales deposits, processing license plates, scanning, and uploading photosAssisting other departmentsFollow all Company procedures and standardsOther duties as assignedQualifications for this job:Excellent customer service skillsMust have professional appearanceExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsUnderstanding of basic accountingProficiency with computer systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), internet browsers, email functions and ability to learn new softwareCapability of multi-tasking and prioritizing work in fast-paced environment with heavy volume of transactions as well as be able to meet and handle deadlinesStrong attention to detail, and ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate workMust be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or equivalentValid Driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelinesMust be able to pass background screening and drug testBenefits package for full time employees includes:Medical, Dental, and Vision PlanPaid Basic Employer Life InsuranceAdditional Supplemental InsuranceWellness Program401(k) Plan with matchPaid Time OffEmployee Purchase ProgramTraining ProgramsWe are a Drug Free Work Place and an Equal Opportunity Employer.Full Time PositionNo phone calls, please submit resume.
