This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the face of an organization while playing an important role in keeping daily office operations running smoothly. The firm offers a sophisticated, professional environment where attention to detail, exceptional service, and a team-oriented mindset are genuinely valued.

More than a traditional front desk position, this role combines reception, office coordination, hospitality, and administrative support. You'll serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while helping create a welcoming, organized, and seamless office experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming calls, providing a polished and welcoming experience.

* Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, guest hospitality, and office events.

* Oversee daily office needs, including supplies, deliveries, mail, and vendor coordination.

* Maintain organized, professional reception and common areas.

* Provide administrative support to employees and leadership, including document preparation and meeting logistics.

* Partner with building management, maintenance, and outside vendors to ensure smooth office operations.

* Proactively anticipate office needs and assist with special projects.

What We're Looking For

* 2-4 years of receptionist, office coordination, administrative, or hospitality experience.

* Professional, personable, and service-oriented demeanor.

* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

* Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently in a fast-paced professional setting.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives, clients, and visitors.

* Fluency in English and ability to communicate in Spanish required.

* A flexible, team-first attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

You'll have the opportunity to become an integral part of a well-established investment firm, working alongside accomplished professionals in an environment that values professionalism, collaboration, and exceptional service. This is an ideal fit for someone who takes pride in creating a positive first impression, enjoys variety in their day, and wants to contribute beyond the front desk.

If you're an organized, personable professional who enjoys making an office run seamlessly, we'd love to connect!
