ReceptionistSpecialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Receptionist for a company located in City of Industry, CA. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable professional who can provide excellent customer service while supporting daily office operations.Responsibilities:Greet visitors and provide a professional and welcoming experience.Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.Assist customers with questions and provide timely, accurate information.Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to schedule pickups and service appointments.Enter customer orders and information accurately into the company system.Prepare and send invoices based on completed orders.Follow up with customers regarding orders, appointments, and service needs.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and invoicing.Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.Communicate with sales, operations, and finance to help ensure smooth daily operations.activities.Pay: $19.00 hour Schedule: Monday – FridayBenefits and FeaturesPaid holidays, paid vacation and sick timeHealth, vision, dental, FSA, and life insurance benefit plansAbout Specialized Recruiting Group:Specialized Recruiting Group takes an individualized approach to professional placement.
