Full-Time Receptionist PositionWith over 40 years of legal experiences in Real Estate Law, McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, LLC has an immediate opening for a full-time receptionist in our Westmont, NJ office supporting calls for all of our offices firm wide. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Answer multi-line Teams phone system and transfer calls to various firm office to specific Legal Assistants and AttorneysCollect, track, and document all incoming and outgoing legal packages based on firm's guidelinesAssist with mailing for office departments and daily mail pickupsManage office supply inventory and ordering suppliesGeneral administrative and clerical support assigned by Team Leads or AttorneysWe are looking for a team member who possesses a strong professional demeanor with specialization in organizational and documentation. The willingness to work meticulously to ensure the quality of work and a self-starter is a must. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of high-level administrative experience working within an office environment. Successful candidates must be comfortable using Microsoft office and be extremely organized.This is a full-time position, with immediately availability.
