Tailchasers Pet Care is seeking a skilled Reception Coordinator to lead our front desk operations. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure that every guest—both human and furry—has a seamless and enjoyable experience at our resorts.About the Role: As the Reception Coordinator, you'll be one of the primary points of contact for our clients and play an important role in ensuring clear, accurate, and reliable communication regarding each pet's care. You'll work hands-on in reception at both of our facilities (Arlington Heights & Lake Barrington), collaborate closely with the Kennel Manager to support smooth day-to-day operations, and report directly to the Executive Management Team.
