Receptionist - Data EntryFull Time$18–$21/hour | 40 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday | On-SitePosition Overview: We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Receptionist to join a busy, team-oriented office. This position will begin at approximately 40 hours per week, for someone who demonstrates initiative, a desire to learn, and the ability to take on additional responsibilities. While this position includes traditional administrative duties, it is not solely a receptionist or data-entry role. This person will work closely with multiple team members and assist with important processes related to sales, purchasing, order processing, accounting support, and general business operations.Schedule:Monday–Friday, approximately 8 hours per day / 40 hours per weekCompany operating hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMWhat You'll Be Doing:Answer incoming calls, route callers, and take accurate messages.Greet visitors and provide professional front-office assistance.Assist with payment and credit card processingAssist different departments with administrative and operational projects and general data entry.What We're Looking For:Previous office, administrative, or operations support experience preferred.Experience in an agricultural or similar business environment is highly desirable but not required.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Strong data-entry skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Professional communication skills in person, over the phone, and through email.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with several team members throughout the day.Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to jump in where needed.Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) Strongly Preferred
