Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish)Mountain Chevrolet is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish) to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the daily operations of our dealership.Responsibilities:Greet customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming mannerAnswer, screen, and direct incoming phone callsAssist English and Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departmentReceive and distribute mail, packages, and dealership documentsPerform filing, scanning, data entry, and other administrative dutiesSupport the Sales, Service, Parts, and Accounting departments as neededMaintain a clean and organized reception areaProvide exceptional customer service at all timesQualifications:Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft OfficeProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPrevious receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferredBenefits:Competitive payHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offCareer growth opportunitiesSupportive team environmentJoin Mountain Chevrolet and help us deliver an outstanding experience to every customer who walks through our doors.
