Receptionist Position at Merwick Post Acute and Healthcare CenterJoin our team at Merwick Post Acute and Healthcare Center as a Receptionist. Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Part-time and PRN opportunities available. Daily Pay!$20.00 - $21.00/hour (all inclusive)At Merwick Post Acute and Healthcare Center, we believe that every interaction creates the first impression of our community and plays a vital role in supporting residents, families, and staff. Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Receptionist serves as the welcoming face of the facility while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and effective communication across all departments.Responsibilities for Receptionist:Coordinate daily office activities and support overall facility operations.Manage incoming phone calls, emails, correspondence, packages, and other communications professionally and promptly.Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.Support basic bookkeeping and administrative recordkeeping tasks as needed.Track office supply inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.Prepare and submit timely reports as requested by leadership.Assist colleagues and departments with administrative support as needed to maintain smooth operations.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and office environment.Perform other duties as assigned to support office efficiency and resident services.Qualifications for Receptionist:Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role is required.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software, including Excel.High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Office Administration or related field preferred.Our Core Values in Action:Passion – Creating a welcoming, supportive first impression for residents, families, and visitors.Respect – Communicating with professionalism, kindness, and courtesy in every interaction.Excellence – Ensuring efficient, accurate, and organized front office operations that support the entire facility.Benefits of Receptionist:Tuition reimbursementEmployee referral bonusHealth, vision, and dental benefits401(k) with matchEmployee engagement and culture committeeCompany-sponsored life insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP) resourcesJoin our team at Merwick Post Acute and Healthcare Center, a 200-bed Sub-Acute, and Long-Term Care facility where compassion and quality care are at the heart of everything we do.
