Animal Hospital ReceptionistServes as initial contact for all callers and visitors to Animal Hospital at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. This position is the first impression a current or potential client sees or hears. This is a full-time position (40 hrs a week).DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide superb customer serviceMust be well-organized and able to multi-taskProvide a liaison between client, vet technicians and veterinariansMaintain a professional attitude at all timesBeing attentive to client and pet needsIdentify and work compassionately with clients in various emotional statesWork patiently with distressed, frustrated or disgruntled clientsAnswer phone calls from clientsSchedule appointments and schedule proceduresCheck-in clientsMonitor client flow from check-in to dischargeMonitor schedule and flowClient call backsManage record requests between other hospitals and specialty practicesOther duties assigned by managementMust be able to lift 50lbs+Hourly Rate $15.00 (with possible increase of up to $3 more within first 9 months)Schedule includes working SaturdaysPast experience working with animals preferredWe are not hiring for part-time this is a full-time opening.Please no phone calls.
