Part Time ReceptionistTherapeutic Associates North Medford Physical Therapy is seeking a part time Receptionist to join our team! We want to help employees live a happy, healthy, and productive life that balances what is important to them.How you will make an impactResponsible for greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate staffAnswers the phone and appropriately routes callsSchedules and confirms new and returning patient appointment(s)Minimizes cancellations and empty appointment slotsCollects co-payments at time of service and collects patient insurance and privacy formsCompiles and records medical charts, reports and correspondenceEducates patients about their insurance and how physical therapy treatment plans workAssists with physical therapy aide duties, when applicableAdditional responsibilities as assigned by your leadershipWhat you will need to bring to the tableMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalentBasic proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel and OutlookInterest in Exercise Science, Sports Performance and Fitness preferred - students who are pursuing a physical therapy or pre-physical therapy degree program are strongly preferred.Why Join Our Team:Professional and Clinical Development — Ongoing mentorship and continuing education opportunities.Collaboration and Care Team Model — Opportunity to work within a care team that provides support and collaboration both within individual clinics and across the organization.
