Full-time Night Shift ReceptionistCome work with a great team! Signet Health manages the behavioral health services at Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center (PBBHC) in Midland, Texas. We are looking for a Full-time Night Shift Receptionist at our new, free-standing psychiatric hospital.Responsibilities include:Welcomes visitors in person and a warm greeting over the telephoneRelays messages appropriately and delivers messages in a timely mannerProcesses and distributes daily mail and communicationMaintains filing records as neededMaintains security procedures and patient confidentialityReceives and replenishes suppliesMaintains a clean and safe environment and reports equipment malfunctionsOther duties as assignedRequirements/Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentMust have excellent customer service skillsPrior administrative experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent computer skills working with Microsoft Office SuiteHospital/Program Description:Working at Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center (PBBHC) offers the rare opportunity to be a part of a brand-new, mission-driven organization that is transforming access to behavioral healthcare across West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico.
