Part-Time Receptionist/Sales AssistantWe have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Receptionist/Sales Assistant position in North Aurora covering our Gerald Hyundai store. This role will have a positive impact on the success and efficiency of daily operations in a dealership setting. The ideal candidate will communicate well with all levels in an organization, enjoy problem solving, be comfortable with technology, and possess an outstanding attendance record.Essential Functions:Stock in new vehicles, used car purchases, dealer trades, open repair orders, check recalls, etc.Maintain a cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies.Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, and various other office duties.Order, receive and stock all supplies and refreshments.Understand and follow receptionist policies and procedures.Maintain and monitor key tracker system.Other duties as assigned by the management team.Competencies:Ability to take personal responsibilityLearn quickly and work independentlyAttention to detailAdapt to changeCommunication and collaboration skillsComputer proficiencyFlexibility to adjust duties as neededHours:This is a part-time position. Hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 4pm to 9pm and Saturday from 8am until 5pm.Education / Experience:High School Diploma or GED. Experience is preferred, but not required. We will offer training and support to the right candidate.
