Receptionist – Part-Time (2nd Shift)Location: Austin, TX Contract: 3months Shift: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (CT) Pay: $19/hrOverview: Seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations in a security-focused environment. Strong communication, discretion, and a polished demeanor are essential.Key Responsibilities:Greet visitors and manage check-ins (eWelcome)Issue/track badges and maintain reportsAnswer calls and route messagesHandle mail, deliveries, and shipping (FedEx)Support meetings, events, and conference room bookingsMaintain employee distribution listsReport facility issues and keep reception area presentableRequirements:High school diploma (Associate preferred)Prior receptionist/front desk experienceProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong communication and multitasking skillsProfessional appearance and attitudeCompliance: Must be a U.S. citizen or dual citizen eligible for post-hire clearance (CFIUS, U.S. Dept. of Treasury).Interview Process:1st Round: Microsoft Teams2nd Round: In-personWork Environment: Professional office setting with part-time evening hours.
